SATransformer is a community upliftment project, taking place in all nine provinces of South Africa which will run for ten months. The model of the project is a competition on social media platforms were young people will be given an opportunity to come up with innovative ideas, addressing community social challenges by providing their skills, talents, education and services to the community for free to build a client base. The social media platforms will provide participants with exposure and a business marketing opportunity in all the provinces, thereby creating the bases of a successful business foundation and sustainability. Businesses that start with client recruitment, stand a better chance to add long term value to the economy. A lot of  people in our communities cannot afford some of these services. The more services the participants gives to a community member and shares on social media, the more word of mouth they will create, therefore build a possible empire in one year. The objective of this project was inspired by the founders dream to launch her mission of youth economic transformation, human social value, sustainable food, health, and environment. The founder wishes to assist young people to launch their mission, which she managed to accomplish in one year through a similar project.

All SATransformer candidates who register for the competition, get an opportunity to launch their mission which contributes to the upliftment of people in their communities. The competition will run on Facebook, monthly challenges will promote green sustainable solutions every month tasks for the next round will be posted on the Website www.saorganiclifestyle.co.za and on the Facebook Page SATransformer. There will be judges facilitating the selection process based on the community work that the candidates have done and shared on social media platforms. The winner walks away with R1million and other prizes will include subcontracting opportunity created during the SATransformer competition.

Most companies, projects or organizations start with an office and business cards. However, they often run all their resources to the ground. The founder Trice Mazwi believes that, “We sow first and then reap the rewards. When we give to others we get exposure, appreciation, validation, value, satisfaction, and prosperity. When we give to those who don’t have, we uplift them, we expose our gifts, talents, skills, and service. This shows people who we are, this is brand building and brand identity. When people like what we do they tell others, this is marketing this is how we develop our craft and never struggle to get clients.” The SATransformer competition will enable candidates to launch mission and achieve their dreams, communities will be uplifted and together as a nation
